Chili Fried Eggs

Yield: 1 serving | Prep time 2min | Cook time 5min 

Ingredients

2 tbsp Yumyums Crunchy Chili Oil 

2 eggs 

1 Cup Cooked Japanese white rice 

2 tsp Furikake or Korean Seaweed (Optional)

Pinch of Sesame Seed 

Pinch of Salt 

 

1. Heat a nonstick frying pan over a med-high heat. Once hot, Spread the chili oil in a thin layer across the pan 

2. Crack the eggs in and put lid to cover for 1 min - 2 min 

3. Have warm white rice in a serving bowl, and sprinkle furikake (If applicable) 

4. Once egg is done for your preference, remove it from the pan and put it over the rice 

5. Add some Yumyum's Crunchy Chili Oil on top, as well as black sesame seeds and Salt 

6. Wrap everything in Seaweed if applicable, or you can enjoy straight up!
