All you need is a pan with a lid - 1. Have the gyoza lined up as in a picture like a flower, and sear the bottom of the Gyoza with high heat. 2. Add a water to cover the bottom of the Gyoza and lower the heat to Low/Mid, and put the lid on for about 10-15min. 3. Once the water is vaporized, remove the lid and bring the heat up to High and Crisp up the bottom. *Pro Tip* Add sesame oil while crisping up the Gyoza adds nice flavor!
